Wave of Divine Love

Ceremony™

The Wave of Divine Love Ceremony™ is a meditation that we perform in a group on a virtual regular basis and lasts approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

When: Thursdays at 8pm via Zoom

It can also be done face-to-face, in a group or individually.

A few minutes of breathing exercise is done at the beginning of the practice, to empty the mind and focus attention on the Kath point, or Chi, the center of the vital energy of our body.

Anyone who is interested can participate and, in this way, send the energy of Divine Love from the heart of the Arica School to humanity, or to a specific person who is facing a difficult process or is sick, or going through suffering.

Before starting the meditation, it is open for those present to put their intentions, if interested.

At the end of the meditation, you can share your experience with the practice and interact with the group.
